San Antonio Water Company is a mutual non-profit water company formed under the General Corporation Law, exempt from taxation under Section 501 (c) (12) of the Internal Revenue Code providing water to its shareholders.
A seven-member Board of Directors governs the Company. They are elected annually at the Shareholders meeting held each year on a date and at a time designated by the Board of Directors.
Subject to the provisions of the California General Corporation Law and any limitations in the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws, the business and affairs of the Corporation shall be managed and all corporate powers shall be exercised by or under the direction of the Board of Directors.
San Antonio Water Company is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, San Antonio Water Company
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
