Director Bozar was elected to the Board of Directors in April 2011. He has been an Upland resident for 20 years and is a Logistics Manager for TE Connectivity. Mr. Bozar is a member of many associations including the Association for Operations Management and the Distribution Management Association. He has served as a member of the City of Upland Budget Oversight Committee and Chaffey College Measure L Bond Citizens Oversight Committee. Mr. Bozar earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree at Rider University and his Masters in Business Administration at the University of La Verne.
