DOMESTIC SHUT OFF PROCEDURE
Payment of the billed amount is due upon receipt and if not paid by the "Due Date" printed on the invoice--it is considered delinquent.
Following the invoice will be a Final Notice for any balance and a late fee amount. The total amount due must be received in the Company office prior to the "notice's" stated deadline or further additional charges will be incurred and water service will be disconnected.
IRRIGATION SHUT OFF PROCEDURE
Payment of the billed amount is due upon receipt and if not paid by the “Due Date” printed on the invoice—it is considered delinquent.
If payment is not received by the due date it will show as a previous balance owing on the following month’s bill. Shortly following the current invoice will be a Final Notice for any previous balance and a late fee amount. At this point, the total amount due must be received in the Company office prior to the “notice’s” stated deadline or further additional charges will be incurred and water service will be disconnected.
