Bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation are the official documents for the San Antonio Water Company whose requirements are set by the state. The By-Laws establish the specific rules of guidance for water company’s daily operations and service to its shareholders. They were initially written by its founders to cover topics as how directors are elected, how meetings of directors are conducted, and describe its officers and duties.
