Both the Company and Pomona have rights to canyon stream flow. With these rights go an obligation to monitor, report on findings and issues affecting the canyon stream flow. To this end, the Company chairs a Watershed Committee formed with local partnerships of local and Mt. Baldy Village agencies to address health and safety issues identified in the Watershed Sanitary Survey Report (2001). This Committee is responsible to ensure implementation of monitoring activities and Best Management Practices (BMP’s) adopted with the Watershed Source Protection, and Implementation Plan for the watershed.
