Kelly has been working in the water industry for over 20 years.  She began her water career in 2001 with CA-NV-AWWA and came to San Antonio Water Company in 2006 where she has continued to grow in the Company.  Kelly began her career at SAWCo in the Office Assistant position assisting customers, running the Board meetings, and handling water stock certificates. Eventually she moved to the Accounts Payable and Personnel Specialist handling the accounting and inventory.  She currently holds the position of Administrative Services Manager.   Ms. Mitchell is the alternate for SAWCo at Six Basins Watermaster.  In her time with the Company, Kelly has earned her Business Administration degree with an emphasis in management from California Baptist University.
